Kayaba - Safety First

Road Holding

Worn shock absorbers reduce the speed at which a vehicle can safely corner. Aquaplaning is also a greater risk.

Brakes

Worn shock absorbers can dramatically increase a vehicles braking distance. For example being able to halt just two metres sooner can be the difference between a safe emergency stop or hitting a hazard.

Tyre Wear

Tyre Wear Worn shock absorbers can cause increased or patchy tyre wear.
