Lechler Hydrofan is an innovative mixing machine system which allows to obtain a 2K matt basecoat for finishes for Car Refinish to dilute with water. This system is composed of 60 base coats allowing to obtain any type of pastel, metallic or mica finishes. This product has a low impact on environment and it complies with the most restrictive rules concerning V.O.C. emissions in the atmosphere. Hydrofan Basecoat is easy to use and it does not need hardeners, accelerants or additives. It is ready to use just dilute with HF 900. Base coats are available with the following packages: 0.5 and 1 litre... and now in a much easier cleaner squeezy-bottle.. just don't mistake it for ketchup.

Hydrofan basecoat

Hydrofan Basecoat is completed by a range of products to dilute with water with very low V.O.C... They have high performances levels, specific for partial or total repairs in Car and Truck Refinish. This products can be used both together than in a mixed cycles with solvent HS traditional products Their very low solid content allows a drastic decreasing of the atmosphere emissions guaranteeing a better quality of the place you work. Their easiness to use it and their high performances encourages a spontaneous replacing of all traditional products without large investments.

It is an innovative system composed of coloured bases for the realisation of 2K colours for cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. It is composed of around 60 base colours in 0.5 and 1 lt. sizes for the production of metallic, pearled and solid colours.

• It is a matt base with an easy application and rapid drying
• There is no need to add hardeners or additives
• It is suggested for refinish repairs: it allows a reduction in work time and enhances the profit of the repair activities.
• It has a very good yield and covering power and can reduce the material consumption
• It is easy to apply: very good over spray recovery without any spots
• It is possible to sand it: it can be applied by all levels of ability with a reduced working time
• It is packaged in the new Hydro-bottles with an exclusive design, equipped with a self cleaning Quick dosing cap, which allows a perfect and rapid dosing from 0,1 to some hundred grams of colour, guaranteeing cleanness and product integrity inside the bottle.

The product characteristics and the easy application do not demand any modification of the existing equipment reducing the need for any body shop investments.

Hydrofan product line

It is a complete range of materials with easy application and with a high performance level. There is no need to invest in specific equipment, the line is composed of:

• Quick Cleaner – antistatic detergent to use on the surfaces before the application with products to dilute with water.
• Hydrocleaner – high performing degreasing product for the cleaning of the substrates before the application of primers.
• Hydropox Primer – 2K filler with high anti-corrosive power (it contains zinc phosphate pigments), very good adhesion on every kind of metal and old paint films.
• Hydrofan filler – insulating filler with very good sanding and filling, good adhesion on metals also.
• Fade Out Blender Mixture composed of special resins and additives to improve and uniform the matt base fading.
• Sander – opacifying paste to prepare the surfaces before blending out repairs.
• Polish and Abrasive paste – products for the finishing and polishing of the surfaces painted with UHS or water based products.
• Hydrofan Gun Washer – detergent for rapid cleaning of equipment used for the application products to dilute with water.
• Additivo flocculante – floculating powder for the separation of the painting waste from the water used to clean equipment.
